1. Order Processing
We process orders during standard business days (Monday through Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
All orders are subject to a verification and processing period prior to shipment. We reserve the right to delay processing for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory availability, payment verification, product availability, or high order volume.
We do not guarantee specific shipment dates.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize reputable third-party carriers for all deliveries, including but not limited to the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx.
The available shipping methods for an order will be displayed at checkout based on the product type, weight, dimensions, and destination.
We reserve the right to select or substitute a carrier to ensure delivery, without prior notice, if it is deemed necessary for timely or secure delivery.
3. Shipping Costs & Addresses
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, order weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. All applicable charges will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional fees incurred due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless explicitly stated for a specific product or shipping method.
4. Delivery & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the third-party carrier.
We do not guarantee any specific delivery dates or timeframes. Estimates provided by carriers are solely their own and are not binding promises made by us.
Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, labor strikes, customs delays (for applicable territories), and public health emergencies. We shall not be liable for any such delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
You may use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of tracking information provided by third-party carriers.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
For lost or stolen packages after the carrier has confirmed delivery, you must first file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
For packages damaged in transit, you must notify us and provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging within a reasonable time upon receipt.
We will assist you with carrier claims at our discretion, but we assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they have been delivered to the carrier.
7. Restricted Items
We comply with all U.S. federal, state, and local laws regarding the shipment of goods. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or cancel any order that appears to violate these laws, including shipments to restricted destinations or for prohibited items.
